Weekly Round Up
I don’t know if it’s just wishful thinking, but I almost felt like it wasn’t a million degrees outside the other day. I mean, it’s not affecting my resolution to wear sweaters as much as possible (even though my sweet boyfriend tells me every time we leave the house that I don’t actually need to bring a cardigan. I proved him wrong the other day, though. #TeamAlwaysCold).
If you haven’t figured it out already, I just love this time of year. Everything is cozy and nostalgic, and the food is my favorite! I’ve been on a butternut squash kick lately and just can’t get enough. I might even share my secret butternut squash soup recipe one of these days…
There’s a lot coming up for Happy, Whole, and Healing that I can’t wait to share! In fact, keep an eye out tomorrow for a BIG announcement! I'm partnering with a brand I love for a special giveaway, and am so excited about it!
In the meantime, I’m going to be enjoying reading through Walden by Henry David Thoreau for the first time (seriously can’t believe that), watching as much football as possible, and enjoying this deliciously healing Yin Yoga Without Props Flow by Yoga with Kassandra. It’s almost a moving meditation in itself, but if you’re looking for more breath work - and some relief from anxiety - check out this incredible Meditation for Anxiety by Yoga with Adriene. It’s one of my go-tos for reducing stress, calming nerves, and winding down.
Do you have any tried and true methods to reduce stress and anxiety? Let me know!
Sending lots of love,
